Context

InclusEO is supporting the B4IG coalition for inclusive growth since its creation in 2019. InclusEO has been designing and is leading an Incubator to strengthen social innovation design as many of those innovations remain at pilot level, failed, and rarely reach scale.

Solution

To do so we put in place 3 main programs:

 

• A set of training modules for project managers on: value proposition design, revenue model, social impact measurement, impact financing connection, stakeholders and partnership, consumers engagement.
• A tutoring program to crack a challenge and facilitate connection between project teams
• A set of event to foster networking.

Expected outcomes

• 32 project teams have been supported by the Incubator to design social innovation on services and goods for under privileged communities, on inclusive sourcing, on diversity and inclusion
• More than 600 people have been trained on social innovation design
