Our journey
Jean-Christophe founded InclusEO in 2019. He has 30 years of experience in different large corporations as Lawyer, Human Resources Director, and Sustainability Vice President.
He led the Danone Ecosystem, a 200M€ endowment Fund granting more than 100 inclusive business innovations co-created with non-profit organizations. He also led Danone One Planet agenda to foster inclusive and regenerative business practices. Until 2023, he piloted the incubator within the B4IG coalition, in favor of inclusive growth, which supported 30 business projects from all sectors.
In 2024, he joined the Prevent coalition, which contributes to the reduction of waste, especially plastic waste. He is particularly involved in the integration and recognition of ragpickers in collection and sorting activities.
Aylin Erden
Junior Consultant
Originally from Northern California, she is currently pursuing a master's degree in Environmental Policy with a concentration in project management and sustainability at Sciences Po Paris. Her experience spans water management at Sonoma Water to energy policy research at the Symlog Institut de France.
Shoshana Grossman-Crist is a social impact consultant focused on inclusive growth, sustainable sourcing and recycling. With 15 years of experience, her superpowers are in project design, communications and fundraising, and she cares deeply about ensuring impact for communities.
Having worked with the Inter-American Development Bank, the Danone Ecosystem Fund, Chemonics, TechnoServe, and local NGOs across the world, Shoshana brings a unique set of tools. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s in Public Health. She lives between Vermont, Mexico and the rest of the world.
Pierre joined Incluseo in 2023, he has 25 years of experience mainly in the Food and Agriculture Industry, working in the Audit, Procurement & Sourcing and Sustainability functions; both in France and abroad.
In the last 10 years, Pierre worked for the Danone Ecosystem endowment Fund, first as Program Manager and then as the Operational Director. He has designed and implemented inclusive business models with strong impact, driven the Regenerative Agriculture program in France as well as sustainable sourcing and circular economy projects internationally especially by integrating the waste pickers’ communities.
