Context
In a context of hypergrowth, a French unicorn is looking to give a new ambition to its CSR policy and more particularly to its D&I policy in order to welcome more profiles in inclusion in the long term and to become one of the most socially committed & diverse companies of the French Tech.
Solution
To meet this ambition of scaling up this D&I policy, we have set up a multi-stage intervention:
- Diagnostic:
- Audit of the existing programs with identification of their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
- Inspirational events & field visits to feed from other industries best practices & connect with other French tech startups
- Cocreation workshop with different internal departments
- Project design:
- Benchmarking of best practices in the Tech industry
- Definition of a vision: picture of success, future program architecture, implementation schedule, etc.
- Identification of partners to implement the program
- Implementation:
- Distribution of roles to enable the best execution of the program
- Supporting the implementation by being seconded directly to the teams
- Definition of a new strategic governance that gathers all departments and makes D&I a transversal challenge
